Ingredients

  • 1 big carrot

  • 125 gram dates

  • 50 gram oat flakes

  • 50 gram hazelnuts

  • 50 gram almonds

  • 25 gram grated cocospinch of nutmeg

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 40 ml rice syrup

  • 60 gram coconut oil (melted)

  • Raw cacao or carobe powder

  • Extra grated coconut

1. Grate the carrots very fine.
2. Blend the dates and nuts in a blender. Mix everything in a big bowl.
3. Knead well into small balls. Roll them through cacao/carobe or cocos.

Cool it in the fridge at least for 1 hour.
