1 big carrot
125 gram dates
50 gram oat flakes
50 gram hazelnuts
50 gram almonds
25 gram grated cocospinch of nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
60 gram coconut oil (melted)
Raw cacao or carobe powder
Extra grated coconut
1. Grate the carrots very fine.
2. Blend the dates and nuts in a blender. Mix everything in a big bowl.If it is too dry (due to dates moisture), add a bit water.
3. Knead well into small balls. Roll them through cacao/carobe or cocos.
Cool it in the fridge at least for 1 hour.
