Skewers with onions and tofu chick'n


  • 1 or 2 red onions

  • 2 tbsp hot-chili and lemon tamari sauce (Lima)

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 150 g of vegan no-chicken chunks

  • Satay skewers

  • Optional: Chimichurri spices

Preheat your oven at 180°C
Cut the oignons in chunks
Marinate them in the sauce and the sesame oil
Make skewers by alternating between 1 chunk of no-chicken and one of
Cook them for 10 to 15 minutes (in the summer, you can also cook them on the barbecue !)
Sprinkle with the spices
