1 garlic clove
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp neutral oil
2 tbsp hot chili and lemon sauce (Lima)
Preheat the oven at 210°C.
Slice the pumpkin and put them in a baking tray.
Chop the garlic thinly.
In a bowl, mix the garlic, the oils and the sauce.
Add some grated ginger, and pour the sauce on the pumpkin.
Mix with your hands to coat all the slices.
Put in the oven and cook for around 20 minutes.
