Pickled red cabbage


  • 1 small red cabbage or half a bigger one

  • 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar (or another vinegar)

  • 1 tbsp rice syrup

  • Salt

Cut the cabbage in thin slices.

Add half a teaspoon of salt and mix with your hands to break the fibers of the cabbage.

Add the vinegar and the rice syrup.

Let rest for at least a few minutes.

Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
