• 2 cups of frozen green peas

  • 2 cups of chopped kale

  • 1 small onion

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Salt, pepper, chili


Chop the onion and garlic in small pieces. Heat the oil in a pan. Add onion and garlic. Fry 2 minutes. Add chopped kale and pea’s with drops of water. Cook 5 minutes. Transfer to a blender. Add salt, pepper and chili and mix into a paste.
