Jerusalem artichoke with cream


  • Jerusalem artichokes

  • Soy cream (Lima)

  • Broth powder

  • Nutmeg powder / cumin powder

  • Garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper

Peel the jerusalem artichoke and cut them in large slices.

Boil them in water with a tablespoon of broth powder (or salt).

Once cooked, drain and put back in the pot.

Add soy cream, spices and season to taste.
