Ingredients

  • 250 g broccoli

  • 4 tbsp almond

  • flour

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 4 tbsp parsley

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

Blanch the broccoli 5 minutes in boiling water.

Rinse and cool of in cold water.

Mash the garlic. Sautee in hot olive oil.

Mix all together with the rest of the ingredients.
