Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

  • 500g brussels sprouts

  • 7g rice syrup

  • 0.5 tsp salt

  • 0.5 tsp pepper

  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Preheat the oven at 190°C

Cut the ends of the sprouts and take the outer leaves out

Lay the sprouts on an oven tray

Mix the salt with the oil and brush on the sprouts

Put in the oven for about 35-40 minutes (check with a fork, they should be a bit firm but not hard)

10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, pour the mix of vinegar and rice syrup on the sprouts
